Please note that all orders purchased on are shipped within 24-48 hours of time of purchase.  Purchases made during weekends, holidays, etc delay shipment to the following business day. Shipping prices quoted are based on ground shipping within the Continental US.  Some products can-not be shipped outside of the Continental US, and the cost of shipping may be more than the quoted shipping cost. If faster delivery is required please contact us at or if you are outside of the Continental US, expect to hear from us if there is going to be a change in the cost of your order.

Return Policy:

Warranties are expressed where applicable. All warranties are provide by the respective manufacturers, not us, and therefore warranty exchanges should not be returned to us, but we would be happy to help should you decide to should be contact us for information regarding the closest warranty center to have your product fixed or replaced if necessary.

If you ever have a problem with any of the products you purchase from us, feel free to contact us at immediately so that we can assist you with your problem. We understand that sometimes problems occur and we want to be there to resolve all issues so that we can ensure further business with you.

Returns needs to be pre-authorized with our customer service department prior to return. Refunds will be allowed on merchandise that is new and unused and received by us within 30 days of the original invoice date, exclusive of shipping cost.  All refunds need to be requested in writing (fax is acceptable). Returns received after the 30 day period will be subject to merchandise credit only. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
